We both liked our stay, it was lovely, and we can't wait to go back. The property overall was fairly clean and wonderful relaxing, had first class staff and location.

The place was stylish, tidy, had beautiful staff and atmosphere. Booked a room with delightful views across to the hills. Had an enjoyable time.

Got brand-new, en suite with a gorgeous view of the mountains, a large bathtub, as example. There was plenty of outstanding meals.

Fairly clean nicely appointed hotel in every way. The room was practical with a soft bed and towels and toilet in the bathroom. The staff was cooperative and also was willing to help. The venue was perfectly located. Besides, it was very close to Keswick, Derwentwater. Good value, a reasonable location.

Reasonably clean, Victorian hotel with breathtaking location down the mountain. And it also had absolutely stunning view. The breakfast had lots of selection, the food was tasty. Service was very excellent throughout our stay.

The whole experience was really nice. The whole place was spotless, I loved it, and had nice staff and location. Room was large and complete with a bathtub. The restaurant was terrific and food was outstanding. The pool was excellent and the garden - delightful.

Location and staff were wonderful and I especially liked that the place was exceptionally clean. The bed was comfortable and it was great having an iron and ironing board, a work desk, and television. Glad that the weather was warm sunny, so I could enjoy its clean pool.

I enjoyed it, rooms and staff were pleasant. The staff did all they can for a memorable stay. The restaurant was stylish and offered delightful dishes.

This is a hotel go-to for Keswick! Amazing food and rooms, everything was very clean. Located in a beautiful area.

Chilled-out base for discovering Keswick. We were upgraded at no charge to a better room on arrival, great bonus. It was worth its 3 stars.

The food was delightful and there were a wide range of dishes in the menu. Location, easy walk to all attractions.
